Getting started with Employee Referrals

Technology Partners

Radancy provides an employee referral platform, which enables organizations to digitize and improve their employee referral process. The platform focuses on the engagement and communication towards Talent Scouts who serve as recruiting ambassadors to their organization. Integrations with application tracking systems should enable recruiters to use Firstbird without being forced to manually perform tasks from the recruiting process in Firstbird and integrate Firstbird seamlessly into their recruiting tooling landscape. The application tracking system remains the leading system during the recruiting process while Firstbird focuses on enabling and motivating Talent Scouts to share jobs and refer candidates (see: Referral process).

This platform aims to support Radancy's technology partners during the integration development process by providing practical information about the workflow and usage of the Employee Referral API. As Technology Partner, you will be set up with a test account as well as access to our REST API.

 

Onboarding process of new technology partners 


The following process describes the required steps to become a technology partner and receive support during the integration development:

  1. Review the Full Partner Integration and Hybrid Integration description.
  2. Review the REST API documentation of Employee Referrals. 
  3. Create a design document of the integration approach based on the Standard Integration Document Template
  4. Submit the design document.
  5. Review feedback on the design document and implement improvements or changes.
  6. Receive approval of the design document.
  7. Develop the integration based on the approved design document.

Employee Referral Test Account

Contact partners@firstbird.com and request the creation of an account by providing the following information:

  • Company Name
  • Domain (<>.1brd.com)
  • Account Language
  • Email address of the admin(s)

 

 

API Credentials

You will need the API credentials to access Firstbird's REST API. The API Key Management is only available for admin users and can be found under Account Preferences > Integrations > API Key Management.
